Architectural Technologist

An award-winning Architectural Practice based in South London currently have an opening for an Architectural Technologist.

The Architectural Technologist role will include:

  • Preparing technical packages
  • Computer Aided Drawing
  • Preparing specifications
  • Meeting and managing client requirements and expectations
  • Design development and technical research
  • Effective organisation & management of small projects and contracts
  • Liaising with directors, staff, project teams, clients

Essential requirements for the role;

  • Appropriate professional qualifications
  • Revit – Proficient
  • AutoCAD – Proficient
  • Sketch up – Advantageous
  • MS Office – Proficient
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Our client, a growing practice based in Hampshire, is now looking to add an ambitious and creative Architectural Technician with an eye for details to join one of their offices in Hampshire.

The successful candidate must have an accredited degree in Architectural Technology or related field and have around a minimum of 2/3 years industry related experience and be proficient with REVIT.
The company would consider anyone from an Architectural Background which would include Landscape Design and Urban Design.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly organised Architect / Senior Technician with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.  They are looking for a driven individual with:

  • Experience of working with clients, contractors and consultants
  • A good knowledge of technical detailing, planning procedures, and building regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
